I can't access previous Episode content?
Context: I previously had cross-saved my Xbox characters to Steam a few years back, but have bought every expansion and annual pass on Steam since then including The Final Shape.
I recently disabled cross-save and have been playing with my base Steam account character. I have access to all the expansions but I can't access any episode content. I had to re-buy Heresy (which I knew given that episode/season content doesn't go across platforms and I assume it's the same with designated characters) but I can't get Echoes or Revenant. There is no option to upgrade to the annual pass since it's already owned on my steam account and nothing changed after I uninstalled the annual pass from my account. I don't know how to buy/play this content now so if there is any solution I'd appreciate being told how to fix it, thank you!

Hey there, I would suggest maybe contacting Steam support about this. It is an unusual situation that I don't think Bungie can assist with. The usual form we link people to is for when they unknowingly end up with the passes on a dormant account due to cross-saving after purchase, but you played the content when XBox was your Active account, the form can't be used to move the passes in that kind of case. You'd have to explain to Steam support that you would like to repurchase the same content once more; the first time you did it, it was to apply the in-game items to a different platform's linked account, but now you've disabled the linkage, you want to rebuy it to apply those items to your Steam characters instead. If they can't do anything either, I think there are options through Steam support to remove a product from your library. I don't know how this works with DLC, if it will let you repurchase, or whether the in-game items can even be applied for a second time. So try Steam support first, definitely.

So, in your case after disabling cross save, those passes are now playable using your xbox characters on Microsoft platforms. You would need to repurchase them for your Steam character set.
