Hunter stasis buffs are useless, unless....
There's no point in "buffing" whispers and fragments and specially stasis shurikens if the animation for Silence and squall and the shurikens is slow ASF. It takes almost a FULL SECOND to ADS weapons after using stasis shurikens. Not to mention. It takes 2 seconds to cast silence and squall. It's funny how Bungie wants us to use more shurikens when actually they're pretty useless. I already made the calculations and tested it, and it's more efficient and overall better to have a grenade oriented build that a shuriken build.
