Having SBMM in comp doesn't make sense. If it's a ladder system I should be playing people who are also in gold to see if I'm better than that rank, I should not be playing against ascendant to see if I should be getting out of gold. It's supposed to be a ladder to gradually go up not just shoot straight up to a high rank against 2.5kd to see if you should get a to promote. I hope next season this is sorted out and you have a different matchmaking algorithm.
