I have played around a bit with the new (as of WQ) weapon perk Perpetual Motion. as a reload perk, I'm really kind of non-plussed by it. adding 5 points to reload speed, stability, and handling at x1 seems to make so little difference, especially to reload speed. even at x2, 15 points that reload speed gets hardly feels noticeable compared to other reload enhancers like Rally Barricade, Threat Detector, Outlaw, or reload speed armor mods, etc. I understand its super easy to proc (just run and move around long enough), and that that's a balancing point; but the others (including those I didn't list) aren't exactly difficult to use either. Think we could speed it up a little so that it feels a little more worth while compared to its competition?
