I just got finished with my first run of the new raid, and I must say I love the design of the fight against Rhulk. Not only are the visuals and music great, but during the fight you are constantly moving around which is a breath of fresh air.
Playing as a warlock and being able to use something other than well during a boss? AMAZING!
Having to move around during dps instead of just sitting on a plate or in a well? AMAZING!
A raid boss that actually makes players utilize destiny 2’s movement system? AMAZING!
Say what you want about the symbols or other encounters, but I think it’s important to let bungie know what they did right. The fight against Rhulk is definitely a step in the right direction for raid bosses.

I'll have to take your word for it mate, I can't in good conscience play a raid with 27 symbols that I'd need a cheat sheet to remember AND the most important thing... The Shaders are bad Just to edit this in... This is a looter shooter, not a puzzle game. I don't go play borderlands to do puzzles nor do I raid for them. I play destiny to shoot bad guys, get good loot and have fun. Symbols and mechanic heavy raids kill that replay ability for a lot of people. You want a good example? Nobody does riven now do they? Why... Because it's boring, unfun and dumb.
