OR, maybe it's your own lack of skill? You don't have much of an argument with your negative efficiency

Or the PvP team and their management have no idea how to make it better. It has been bad and gotten progressively worse. I think players should stop expecting them to make the mode balanced and healthy because they clearly cannot do this.

Can't do anything about it. No one has been able to improve upon it and PvP has been around for the better part of two decades. They've found cures for "incurable" diseases in that same amount of time, but genius devs can't fix matchmaking. Destiny community wants the impossible - can't balance lobbies and have good connection. Ironically, CoD players want connection based, while we want SBMM.
