Open you director-Destinations-Europa-Variks this will start the campaign.
Click the icon only tells you to buy the game this is just an ad.

I'm trying right now, and it doesn't work. It's asking me to buy the expansion, and it's super weird...a couple of days ago it was working, this issue came out of nowhere

Are you trying to access on Xbox or PS? To play on both platforms you need to own on both.

I bought beyond light on Xbox, and I only play on Xbox

It's actually happening to me too. Both beyond light and shadow keep. Seems to be an issue with the witch queen anniversary pack release
