Curious how handheld supernova isn't nerfed. Curious how shoulder charge is still a 1 hit kill. Also quite funny that titans can still can use cryoclasm. Shatterdive punishes bad positioning and dumb shotgun apes. You can avoid it.

Untouched? It been nerfed 10x. People use it because it is the only hunter ability that can kill someone. And even then...it can only kill bad players.

I’ll be honest shatterdive isn’t the reason why supers die to glacial wall shatter because even the titan slide can do said same thing as shatterdive shatter stasis crystals. Glacial wall with whisper of fissures is whats the problem it’s the reason behind the one shots of supers and I’ll be completely honest here I watched a warlock pop stormtrance with landfall right next to an enemy glacial wall and killed themselves because of it. I say do some testing before coming to the conclusion that shatterdive is the main problem here because I can’t tell you how obvious it is to see it coming and how upsetting it can be when you fall for the trap whether it’s running towards them expecting to shotgun them or fusion them. I know some players are different and may either have a slower reaction time to shatterdive or don’t think about an incoming shatterdive. So I get the frustration behind it all trust me I do I’ve even been the reason for some but stasis isn’t my cup of tea, I know theres a lot of times I’ve messed up and got punished or another hunter will mess up and I’ll punish them for it. The only thing I will say needs a tuning on shatterdive is how easily it shatters enemy crystals I think shatterdive should require more effort shattering enemy crystals. It already has a 4 second cool down. Other than that if people want shatterdive nerfed then the melee needs to be buffed because it doesn’t kill whatsoever unless your enemy is already a hair from death. That being said shatterdive is okay it can be tuned to do less damage against enemy stasis crystals but other than that it’s okay it really is and that’s the hard truth, the hard pill to swallow. Glacial wall is the problem and especially having whispers of fissures it increases stasis crystal shatter damage. Test this out, so many people on the forums are so quick to complaining about something that keeps killing them without looking for solutions against it (Like vex for example you can’t outgun it in the open if its landed its first initial shots on you but you can peak shoot it and you can beat it at range with a scout like mida and others can stop it) and believe me there are solutions to counter glacial wall and shatterdive combo its just a matter of changing up your playstyle. I’m not saying adapt but I’m saying think about making your next push next time. I’m sure I’m gonna hear people calling me a hunter crutch please save your words stasis isn’t even my go to in pvp, I’ll listen when you stop complaining and start making an effort to play a little smarter.

It's interesting to see how many people either choose to forget it has been or just don't know it has been. You use to be able to jump and dive pretty darn fast...but they increased the time between being able to do so.

Shatter dive isn't isn't broken. Its to stop you from being able to ape people. Learn better game strats. Aping isn't the only play style.

What are you people screwing up so bad that you're constantly getting shatterdived? Fr I only get hit by it maybe once every 10 or so games. Either y'all are really bad at positioning or are one trick shotgun ponies.

If Shatterdive wasn't an OP crutch, I'd love for someone to explain why I see almost every Hunter in PvP running Revenant with it on then.
