Your Steam account only has a single character, that was used to play for approximately 5min. Your Xbox account is where you have actually played the game, and your Xbox account is currently your active save set in cross-save. If you want to be able to access your Xbox characters while playing on PC, you must leave your cross-save setup as it is. If you only want to access your Xbox characters from an Xbox console, and not while on PC, then deactivating is fine. You say that you want your “PC account back”, but as you have minimal game time on that account, there isn’t really anything to “get back”. Could you please clarify why you wish to deactivate, so that we can ensure that you are not doing so in error. Bear in mind that any deactivation of cross-save comes with a 90 day cooldown period for all accounts involved.
