It doesn't sound like you're a new player trying to get into destiny. It sounds like youre a new player that's not interested in the game. I don't think there are many guns that weren't sunset in terms of apprehension about weapons you'll never unlock. those weapons aren't exactly available to the existing playerbase anyway and the exceptions are all available in the exotic archive. You can't possible be mad at players for earning titles you haven't invested any time into earning but if you're upset about playing them, then maybe pvp isn't for you? Personally i know one of the only good ways to get better is to play with and against people who are better and pay attention to what they're doing. Obviously folks sliding around with meta loadouts are taking advantage of a system and I don't think you'll learn anything from those players aside from the unbelievable range of some shotguns. If you just wanna go slaughter noobs, PvE is where its at. If you're just trying to get paired with noobs in PvP to feel competent, maybe try a new accountant in a game you're already good at. But I'm more surprised that you even found the forums as a new player and only to tell the existing player base the game isn't worth your time or money.... just saying you don't sound that interested in getting into destiny. You just sound miffed that players who have built up experience in the crucible are better than you as a new player. Sorry if this sounds like me bashing you but, this game is loaded with incredible gunplay abilities, rpg elements and an incredible story. I can't imagine just throwing everything in this game away because of a poor PvP experience which, unsurprisingly, gets better the more you get used to it. If you only came here to tell us the game isnt for you then I probably just wasted my time writing back, but in the off chance you were hoping someone would inspire you to give it another go, then I hope you are willing to give the game a shot and maybe try the PvP once you've logged a few hours under your belt. Get comfy in your class, learn what abilities work for you, and try out all the guns because they are truly one of the things that makes this game unique as an fps. Each class moves around pretty differently and that will come with time jumping all over the maps. IMO there isnt another fps even close to destiny. Despite the problems the game has with some of the more over-complicated systems and user interfaces, the experience is really extraordinary and I'm sure you can find some fun in this massive game.
