The vegan poll option was cut short. There was supposed to be the word animals at the end; too many animals. Going vegan because of ACTUAL medical disorders is ok though. Doing it because of false ideals is what this post is against

You want to save the plants that the vegans eat to save the animals and you like eating meat which are the animals. Why don’t you just comprise? Eat the vegans, the plants and the animals are safe.

1 AntwortenThere’s a difference between ‘not being a vegan’ and ‘being a one-man slaughterhouse’; frankly I find both extremes of militant vegan and carnivorous meat freak toxic and off-putting. I do eat meat, but I’ve been trying to cut down because of ethical concerns. It might be normal for humans as animals to eat meat as correct we are omnivores, but it is not normal to rear and slaughter animals [i][b]IN THEIR MILLIONS[/b][/i] just to satisfy our hunger. You don’t need meat with every meal, and you don’t need as big a portion either. You don’t need a chicken the size of a dog, or a steak the size of a door. I mostly eat pork, as pigs are slaughtered less throughout the world and pretty much all of the animal is used for food and other products.

4 AntwortenBearbeitet von Psyntifik: 4/15/2021 5:44:34 PMI went vegetarian about a year or so ago because of climate change concerns. Coupled with more regular exercise I feel pretty good. Meat is also generally pretty gross, and I no longer run the risk of chewing on some gross fat or a bit of gristle. Plus, takeaway pizza or burgers I order is no longer dripping in grease.
