didnt got the ornamant i bought
Just bought an ornamant from the everversum with real money but didnt got anything. the shop says that i own it.
I am also pretty sure that i own the ornamants from the seasonpass with erianas vow but cant find them too:(
can someone help me or know what i can do ?

Hi there. Please look in your inventory on the consumables/modifications/shaders page for a section called "Wrapped Items." There should be an Eververse bundle there to open. As for the Eriana's Vow ornament, I don't see it in your Collections so it doesn't seem that you ever claimed it from the Season Pass. Unfortunately it's not possible to claim it now.
