Let's get more traction for shaders on exotic weapons
Please please let us put shaders on exotic weapons.

Dunno why it hasn't been done yet. We already have legendary weapon ornaments that can have shaders applied as well as exotic armor, so there isn't much of an excuse for exotic weapons to get similar treatment.

well you can view shaders on exotics , but I doubt they will add the ability to apply them.

4 AntwortenWhile I do love the idea, the reasons behind this is due to technical limits. The models are very unique on some exotics, which makes it hard for the shaders to show up. Some do have the ability tho. Funnily enough, Suros with the Warmind ornament can be shaded, but not the og model. It would just be a pain for them to go through all the wacky exotics and work it out. Hopefully we may have the ability for the ones that are able to.

I'd actually like to start with shaders having only the colors they display on the tile instead of the 5th "mystery" color that ruins the other 4.

3 AntwortenWe know it's possible, since if you inspect a shader and have an exotic primary the shader will be applied to it. There's no reason for them not to.

Get streamers involved only way bungie will listen.

They just need to sell ornaments that change the shape. Then we can apply shaders and have some very unique looking Exotics.
