Skull of Dire Ahamkara, Shards of Galanor, Orpheus Rigs, Ursa Furiosa, and Phoenix Protocol were all nerfed so severely in the one thing they were mainly designed for, Super regeneration, and never got anything back in return.
They at least deserve a rework that enhances the Super instead:
Skull of Dire Ahamkara: Increases the duration, radius, and range (basically it can be thrown with a straighter curve, like Grenades with the Fastball perk equipped) of Vortex Novabomb. Cataclysm Novabomb gains 2 additional Seekers on detonation.
Shards of Galanor: Adds a third wave of knives to Blade Barrage.
Ursa Furiosa: Allies can apply Void Detonators to enemies they damage while firing through Banner Shield.
~Alternative rework: Sentinel Shield does not consume extra energy while guarding. Guarded damage replenishes Shield Throw, and increases Sentinel Shield's damage (both the shield bash and Shield throw attacks).
Phoenix Protocol: Greatly increases the effect of Benevolent Dawn while in Well of Radiance, and allies standing in Well of Radiance are granted Benevolent Dawn. (Basically, it gives Well of Radiance the effect of the Radiance Super, and Song of Flame perk, from Sunsinger in D1).
Orpheus Rigs: Keep the current effect it has for Mobius Quiver, but have it allow the first shot on activation to tether faster. For Deadfall, it should have an effect where tethered enemies you kill turn into additional Void Anchors to tether other nearby enemies.
