HOLY FVCKING SHITBALL is matchmaking worse than season 10?
Could it get any worse than last season. Been encountering 3,4,5 stacks all evening. Wtf went wrong down the pipeline for this season. PvP is an absolute nightmare.
Edit 1: if only Cbmm worked. But it doesn't. The amount if laggy players you encounter. There's should be some sort of requirement treshold a player should meet when it comes to bandwidth.
Edit 2: it's ofcause fair and only good that players team up and have fun. But in game matchmaking and especially in lobby team matchmaking is broken. You can't mean that my 1.40 kd qualifies me to be a skilled enough player to take on a full stack or multiple stacks. It's no fun.
Edit 3: so Bungie's inbred idea of CBMM just matched our casual team of ppl with everyday jobs up against two blokes whom, if this was SBMM, would have matched against top tier 1. I stopped one of them from a "we ran" but other than that they both boasted a kda across season of 4.2 and 4.6... 🖕 you bungie for shitting on the casual guy.

4 AntwortenCBMM is working as intended. Much better connection wise. You can notice the randomness of the games now. Sure you can get awful teams sometimes it’s going to happen more than not but you’ll be with a better team if you stick it out or find a stack in lfg

77 AntwortenProblem is the so called sweats always play in a stack. They are scared to go into crucible solo for the most part.

4 AntwortenThe removal of SBMM completely destroyed PVP for me. I used to have fun, now I don't even know what killed me half the time. Are people so good that they can double jump in the air and hit perfect headshots with snipers, or is the use of aimbots and other cheats just ridiculously abundant. Who the hell knows. All I know is that I'm getting stomped constantly by these kinds of plays.

1 AntwortenIt is terrible. Sure, every once in a while I get a good game where I get a larger number of kills and my team is competent. But overall, I get a bunch of potatoes and the other team stomps us. removing SBMM hasn't changed people's attitudes towards the meta, in fact it made them embrace it more in order to get more kills against opponents that are not as good as they are. It's just sad that Bungie can't see the real problem here and fix it. The lag is worse than it has ever been. Even in D1.

just wait til iron banner next week.... i hate the fact that with all the money we spend on this game we cant get dedicated servers... easier to control cheating helps band width manipulation ect.... yea it aint cheap but we been shoving money at them for 4 years now sooo

Okay so I hate staying in orbit for 10 minutes looking for a match but I would rather have that then the majority of games I've been having this season. It's terrible.

2 AntwortenHere's a golden rule: Inspect the game's roster at the start of every match. If you see that more than 3 players are stacked in a lobby then just leave. Saves me a headache every time.

My guess is that the playerbase decreased to a so small level that they did that to get back to shorter MM times. Before you waited nearly 5 min for every new match. To wait that long on a 10 min match was ridiculous. But yes with mainly sweats left I imagine for the very few average players left it feels like a butcher's festival. I stopped caring about already. Just play my 4 weekly games for pinnacle loot each week with each char that's all. Don't really care for winning those anymore cause it is simply no fun for me anyway with that crappy unbalanced pvp.

1 AntwortenRemember when Bungie said they were gunna start banning people with bad connections........that was over a year ago and I still see players every single match that are invincible lag warriors or teleporting or rubber banding everywhere. Peer to peer servers boys, peer to peer servers. You can't have a pvp mode mode with peer to peer servers!!!! Bungie is so fvcking cheap. One of the very worst video game studios out there right now in my opinion.

I’ve been finding matches quicker and the lobbies have been far less sweaty so far. I guess you’re just having some terrible luck.

22 AntwortenAbsolutely. Just finished 5 games of comp and got matched with the same three F***ing cheats every time. Even waited some time between loading in. And what is the point of reporting cheats anyway? There's obviously no one working on the actual fundamental flaws in this game, so why should they use any remaining workforce to police the crucible? Damn, I'm trying my hardest to support this game that I love, but come on....stop messing around with trivial and petty little details that no one cares for, and fix the sh!t that people are up in arms about. I'm running out of patience

20 AntwortenA stupid question wtf is skill based matchmaking I tried to play elimination, had a bountie, and holy moly I got completly assfcked. I dont understand where the fk I was near their skills. I mean I could start crying, that they were aimbotting or just controller players with sniper like a lot of streamers, but no they were just better than me. So how the fk Bungie defines "skill", I cam out with a KDA under 0,2 how I was on their skill level? Just how?

12 AntwortenI have no problem playing stacks. What I have a problem with are the shitheads that quit without even trying to play. I can kill a few every life but can't keep up capping zones when we are short on people. If we are down 50 points I don't care if others leave but at least give it a try. Have lost many close games against stacks because people run away before even landing.
