i wonder when golden gun will get damage resistance
i mean we got another weapon that basicaly give you free kill clip on golden gun super rofl

7 AntwortenIt doesn't need damage resistance because its hitscan. It being hitscan, regardless of whether or not it suffers from damage fall off, is an EXTREMELY good trait to have on a super that can instantly kill you at any time at long distances. With 6 shooter each kill you get gives you another shot and it only takes 2 of them to kill a super. It also has insane fire rate and is one of the only supers in the game to instantly annihilate sentinel shield. Its lack of range can literally be made up with just another bullet, it's not that bad considering its fire rate. 3 shooter may not have a whole lot of ammo, but it actually can map you and it has the capability to one shot supers if they hit in the head, which also generates additional orbs for your allies. If you are accurate, 3 is enough to wipe a whole trials team, a whole comp team and half of a 6v6 team. That's basically a team wipe in 2/3 of the most important modes. Its lack of movement speed, again, is made up by its hitscan capabilities. Sunbreaker I don't think has increased movement speed, but if it does then it's because it has to get closer than golden gun does to consistently kill a target. Hitscan gives the enemy no time to react, a flaming hammer does.

It doesn’t really need it. It’s a bit annoying sometimes when you die to something really quickly, but if it had damage resistance it would make it OP

I agree. It should tank a shotgun hit. Barely, but it should. OR you should have increased health regen on kill.

Headshotting a super activated guardian is so satisfying. I wonder which class is harder to shut down tbh. Kinda think its warlocks

You don’t NEED damage resistance. You can obliterate literally everything on your screen before they can touch you.

4 AntwortenIt had DR for a while. Then they removed it along with lower DR for all the other supers.
