unfair 2 week pvp ban for something i had no control over. Now cant play pvp
I woke up this morning at 4am to play the new trials of osiris event, soooo obviously i am going to verse people from overseas as there arent enough people online. After playing a couple of hours i go to bed and wake up to find i can't play destiny pvp for 2 WEEKS. Though i have screenshots of my interent connection at 100+ mbps, i now cant play trials for 2 weeks. Also seeing a number of other posts saying there is terrible connection problems in trials, so i don't believe it was my connection yet i getting punished. Bungie if you could help me resolve this problem it would be very helpful as i know i wasnt 'lagging' and just want to play the game. I have also never recieved previous messages saying anything about my internet, so i am very confused as my internet runs through a lan cable. Thank you bungie

8 AntwortenIf you are on a 2 week restriction it is not due to recent issues others are reporting, because to get a 2 week you would have had to have been issued a splash screen warning prior to the restriction. that would mean this is a pattern not a one time issue.

9 AntwortenThere is more to the internet signal than just up/down speeds. What is your... NAT Data loss rates. Signal latency/ping (most likely your issue). Jitter. When was the last time you reset your router and cleared your system's cache. To get a restriction you have already ignored Bungies first warning to you. Next time it will be for 2 months.
