Hi there, I meant to purchase it for my Steam account since I recently switched to PC. However, the problem is that I never got the pass or any silver to purchase the pass.

You purchased Shadowkeep with your Steam account, therefor the 1 free season pass was automatically applied to your Steam account. It can't be accessed on that account until you disable Cross Save, because currently you're using your PS4 account on PC, which you did not purchase Shadowkeep or a season pass with. [i]Be warned that if you disable Cross Save you will have to wait 90 days to enable it again.[/i] If you just want the season pass without any changes, you need to purchase it on the Playstation website using the same PS4 account you are using for your Cross Save.

Oh, I see. So in order to have access to Shadowkeep on my Steam account, I would have to disable cross-save that is connected to my console account?

I appreciate your help. However, my friend did not have this problem when he bought the deluxe edition. He had access to the season pass no problem with cross save enabled whereas I do not have access to the season of dawn at all. Thanks :)

Your friend likely made his purchase on Steam AFTER he had enabled cross save. Also, you can still play Shadowkeep itself as that DLC is tied to the platform, so with or without cross save enabled you can play Shadowkeep content on Steam since that is where you purchased it. The problem you have is you purchased it on Steam PRIOR to having cross save enabled which means the one free season pass included was assigned to the D2 game progress/character for your Steam account. So while the DLC is platform based, the season pass component is character based. The only way for it to have been assigned to your PSN account would have been to purchase it on Steam AFTER you had enabled Cross Save.

If you have cross-save enabled, you will have access to the Season Pass on all linked platforms.
