Listen, I get it, marines serve on front lines and shit, but I still think the Navy either has equally difficult jobs, and some that are much harder.
- Fighter jet pilot
Extremely stressful and difficult, my father knew a guy that had this job, my dad told me that his job was probably the most stressful in the world(I'm not explaining why unless you ask) and he had a very stressful job himself and barely came home.
- Submarine crewman
Let's see, extremely cramped conditions, freezing cold, messing up your job could sink the entire submarine, 3 hours of sleep a night, daily combat drills, gone for months at a time. Also, certain jobs like the weapons officer and the captain requires you to memorize how the entire submarine works. Most people on submarines are sworn to secrecy and can't tell anyone certain things. Submariners during the cold war have carried those secrets to the grave.
-Navy seals
Do I need to explain this one?
(btw, navy seals killed osama bin laden)
Checkm8 marines and that one guy that said navy was gay
(I mean, there are obviously gay ppl in there, it's just incorrect to believe that everyone in the navy is gay)

Bearbeitet von One Shot Ted: 12/18/2019 4:18:18 AMMy father was a Marine and my uncle is in the Navy. Why do we need to compare them anyways? Both are out there protecting us while we just sit here talking shit on the internet.

US Navy Hospital Corpsmen, US Army combat medics and US Air Force Para-rescue. I’m glad these dudes did what they did.

1 AntwortenBearbeitet von man_of_war_r2: 12/16/2019 6:17:00 PMGO ARMY! BEAT NAVY! Edit: there's also a reason the Marines and Navy both go to to Annapolis. They can't do their jobs without eachother. A better question is Army or Navy?

3 AntwortenBearbeitet von Ricochet 049: 12/16/2019 11:46:52 AMYou know most seals are recruited from the marines. Marines have fighter pilots with the same expectations. Every marine is a rifleman. Cooks and mechanics are expected to keep in physical readiness to use their rifles in combat. I’m not dissing the navy unlike most of you I actually work with them. But I also know what it takes to be a marine. The navy guys I work with are great. But I do their jobs and more.

3 AntwortenWhat the -blam!- did you just -blam!-ing say about me, you little -blam!-? I'll have you know I graduated top of my class in the Navy Seals, and I've been involved in numerous secret raids on Al-Quaeda, and I have over 300 confirmed kills. I am trained in gorilla warfare and I'm the top sniper in the entire US armed forces. You are nothing to me but just another target. I will wipe you the -blam!- out with precision the likes of which has never been seen before on this Earth, mark my -blam!-ing words. You think you can get away with saying that shit to me over the Internet? Think again, -blam!-er. As we speak I am contacting my secret network of spies across the USA and your IP is being traced right now so you better prepare for the storm, maggot. The storm that wipes out the pathetic little thing you call your life. You're -blam!-ing dead, kid. I can be anywhere, anytime, and I can kill you in over seven hundred ways, and that's just with my bare hands. Not only am I extensively trained in unarmed combat, but I have access to the entire arsenal of the United States Marine Corps and I will use it to its full extent to wipe your miserable ass off the face of the continent, you little shit. If only you could have known what unholy retribution your little "clever" comment was about to bring down upon you, maybe you would have held your -blam!-ing tongue. But you couldn't, you didn't, and now you're paying the price, you goddamn idiot. I will shit fury all over you and you will drown in it. You're -blam!-ing dead, kiddo.

Bearbeitet von TheArtist: 12/16/2019 4:22:12 PMThat's like asking which is better? Your right hand or your left. The Marines can't do their job without the Navy...and the Navy needs the Marines to take and control territory once it gets to the fight. So to borrow line from "Anthem": Strong alone. Stronger together.

17 AntwortenMarines are a part of the navy, so any reason to like the marines is a reason to like the navy. it's like asking "what is better, a car, or a car engine?"

1 AntwortenBearbeitet von themirror2man: 12/16/2019 11:47:16 AMIve known both. Both have shown discipline depending on the individual's personal commitment. With the exception of Seals i have come across... I vote Marines are tougher.
