Account restricted for software detected. But none is running to my knowledge?
My account just got restricted for the second week in a row and I am unaware of anything that is causing this restriction. This is really frustrating as I am unable to participate in any of the pvp activities. IS there any way to find out what is causing this? I have no idea where to even start, I've already checked to make sure nothing is running in the background.
Any tips? Any way to get in contact with Bungie to find out why this is happening? Everywhere I read, it says that it is done deliberately, so surely there is a specific cause that is flagging this for them. I would like to know what it is so I can troubleshoot it.

4 AntwortenI knew when I saw "to my knowledge" that I was going to find some legal BS in this post. So, you admit on an open forum and in writing that you had illegitimate software running before, but this time you didn't. I am sure the head of Bungie legal is getting high 7 figures to make sure you don't have ANY legal ground to stand on. They are under no obligation to you to communicate at all, especially when you already got busted and you admitted it. Life Lesson: It is usually a bad idea to insinuate legal action against someone that has a LOT more money than you when you admit guilt. Anyway, hopefully it is a miscommunication and it gets resolved in the next fews days. Why PC players feel the need to always look for a mechanical edge I guess I will never know.
