Aint no drama here, just a discussion about rules for the RP. Lets talk. I think a council is good, but I think it does invite some conflict of interest. Not enough to make it a bad Idea though. Here's why, If we can create a defined line between what is overpowered and what is not, the council will be able to properly interpret without bias. I also think that whoever DM's the RP is in charge- period. If they say you fail, you fail. They shouldn't be able to "Kill you" or trap you in a vampiric alien dimension... [spoiler]Toaster[/spoiler] But if the Host of the RP doesn't want to play with you; you're shit out of luck. End of discussion, go RP with someone else. I agree with the words of Xombie "We can't all like each other and we won't always get along. What matters is how we recover from it and how we treat each other in the moment."
