Season of opulence introduction-quest unavailable
I am unable to start the introduction-quest for the new season at the NPCs in the Tower and/or the nessus-barge. When approching the NPCs, they show only their normal inventory without the new quest-item. I do own both Forsaken ( haven`t finished the campain yet ) and a seasonpass and therefor belive this to be a bug.

You need to finish the campaign in order to access the content. That means all the way thru dreaming city.
