They have given away the complete D2Y1 package on all three platforms here recently trying to get people to purchase Forsaken, apparently to no avail.
I'm betting Forsaken will either be sold on Black Friday for $14.99 as a stand-alone or given away as an incentive to purchase the Annual Pass.
With ATVI being "disappointed" with sales (especially to previous D2 owners) all bets are off now.

I know and it's just another kick in the nuts to those of us that have paid for everything. I paid for everything through forsaken TWICE so my 3 kids could play at the same time, now I see everyone's getting the base stuff for free? Bungie really couldn't care less about it's player base. Must be desperate times over at Bungie.
