Why instead of do 3 strikes plain and simple is it match a fire team member's element? I can't tell you how many times I didn't get credit for the strike for milestone because my teammates were not using the element burn of the week like I was. I get it, you have a favorite subclass or maybe a shiny new exotic you want to play with and it's good to have individuality. So why make the requirements needlessly more complicated? Please make it a simple do 3 and out.
