No, it's too OP with the Titan jump. D1 is proof of that.

Wasn’t OP lol. Had no immune frame and a 3 second cooldown and it looks like they are pregnant. Plus it had a pause after a dodge and aim down sights. Warlock have it for crying out loud and they don’t need an exotic

I don't follow.. The best classes in D1 were Hunter and Warlock.

Titan skating isn’t possible anymore.

Doesn't matter. Twilight Garrrison worked too well with Titan lift. Icarus Dash does not pair well with Warlock Glide. Thus Balanced.
