The point of my post is that they are exactly the same thing. The only difference between the two is that you have more control over who gets in your party with LFG over Matchmaking. Getting stuck with some random that doesn't have a mic or doesn't want to listen or even both is not my idea of a good time. Sure you could leave and re-join without the bloke but at that point you're basically LFG'ing. Edit: I'm mainly talking about raiding here but consider the nightfall for a second. If you're going for score who's card does it go off of? How do you communicate that before hand when your equipment is locked when you get in? You could have the wrong gear for the current modifiers. Sure you could split the nightfall up into a matchmade version and non matchmade where only the non matchmade allows for scoring but at that point what's the point of it even existing seeing how the base version is just a glorified heroic strike?
