Master work cores need to be removed from upgrading our legendary gear at least.... it halts progression remove it please!
Should not have to wait weeks to upgrade gear we like should be instant. This is the only issue I'm seeing in Forsaken everything else seems to me to be better than D1 could even be, but we have to see what the raid is all about first. Is there anything being done about this issue? I think many guardians would agree this new way of infusion is bad. Master work cores should be used to master work nothing else. If anything make it a requirement for exotics only. What is everyone else think about this? Am I a minority here or what?
Here is some good points one of my clan mates made about why it should be reworked, and also some solutions that would work:
The problem is the mastwork core economy... its too costly to have it necessary in BOTH masterworking (its original intended purpose) AND infusion in comparison to their drop rate... this can be easily solved by
A. Increase drop rate from dismantling
B. Decrease or possibly remove infusion cost or at the very least standardize it
C. Decrease cost of masterworking (not really necessary though cause again these were the intended use)
D. Make them less costly for purchase

E. Have a milestone that specifically rewards "x" number of cores and make it reset every 4 day etc

People go crazy upgrading all their gear right away and waste their materials. If you've got 3 toons, you can get 3 MCs per day for just 30 legendary shards. Easy to do. That's at least 1 upgrade per day, or 3 every 2 days. For almost no cost. 30 shards is nothing. I do agree that using the MC's to infuse iis a pain in the ass, and I hope they remove it, but while it's there, it's really not that hard to manage your resources. [quote] should be instant.[/quote] That feels like a very entitled thing to say. You gotta work for stuff you want sometimes. You want to buy a new car, do you demand your employer gives you the money instantly, or do you go to work and save up every day? Would you really appreciate it, if everything was just handed to you instantly and easily? Chances are you'll be on the forums in a few weeks, complaining that you have nothing left to do.
