If you can't see how this change has made it easier for low skilled players to get kills you are the low skilled player.

Get off the "skill" train. No such thing. I ran mostly handgun (crimson) cause it competed well and equaled out a lot of deaths or cleaned up a lot of hurt enemies. I also ran a sniper. Per match I probably got 5-7 kills with a sniper and died probably 4-6 times by shotgun, fusion rifle, and sniper rifle. Some matches more, some less. What's great about new pvp is people are moving their ass finally. There isn't a lot of camping. I ran into a few bad teams that needed to hold hands still and it hurt them more. Get good with a sniper. You can quickscope headshot someone coming at you with a shotgun from 10 feet away. Makes for a great laugh. You see a person with a shotgun out. Try and snipe them or hit the body and switch to your primary and kill. It's not as fast as it was in D1. But it's back and I love it! The games all played out pretty fair. I think everyone is getting a fair share of kills with their weapons they are running regardless of what it is. If you are dying a lot to a shotgun. Chances are you are relying too much on one as well and you are charging head first into a room with 3 or more enemies.

Stop whining and adapt. All that energy you’re using to complain is energy you aren’t using to figure out how to counter. There are more skills in this game than the ability to get headshots with a primary.

It's probably going to come down to ammo tweaks. I can already tell that way too much Special drops in PvE, so if it's that bad in PvP, it won't be long before the ammo economy changes. Let everyone have their fun until then.

These posts are always hilarious. Its simple. If you've got skill, then it doesn't matter, you will always outplay those with no skill. If you can't outplay them, then you don't have as much skill as you think you do. Skill isn't just aiming quick, it's the ability to not put yourself in a bad position in the first place. It's the ability to out think your opponent. If you've got skill, then you adapt and change your playstyle to suit the setting.

So the same people that were smoking you with GL & VW are smoking you with shotguns now. Nothing changed. You’re simply not as good as some of the people you play against. The meta doesn’t matter. The same people are going to be at the top of the leaderboard and the same whiny scrubs are going to cry on forums. Deal with it. Adapt or move on.

Radar is a thing, use it to not get shotgunned so easily. Fusions got nerfed properly too so don't even say crap about them.

They're different skill sets.
