Ok, out of at least 25 if not 100+ New Monarchy engrams for my Titan(both last rally and the current) I have not gotten one single New Monarchy helmet. Fix the rate that you get things you HAVEN'T gotten yet because I have gotten at LEAST 5 of most of the armor pieces and loads of the same weapons repeatedly. At least bring back the D1 option of Armor or Weapon Engram options. I'm going to be ticked if I can't finish my Titan NM attire due to this stupid algorithm.
