The burn IS enough to allow for a headshot and 2 bodyshots on people not running max armor.

No it's not... You obviously don't know what you're talking about.

Yea m8, it is. The only things that can survive one headshot and two body shots are a max Armor Titan and a Warlock with The Ram on.

Yeah, it is. I do know what I'm talking about because I used it in crucible and the only people that didn't die from 1 headshot and 2 bodyshots WITH the burn damage were those running max armor builds.
