What AC protagonist deserves a sequel
I deliberately left Ezio off the list because he already has a trilogy

22 AntwortenGood God.. too many people think AC4 was even an AC game. Definitely wasn't. My vote is for Connor. I want to see how he matures entirely, from a young lady to an Ezio aged assassin. Connor was badass, and honestly I liked him a bit more than the established greats (Ezio and Altair). He had a sense of dignity and honor that was entirely independent of his Assassin side, and I felt that he made the most natural Assassin. His beginning was more humble than Ezio's, he was never a lady killer or a skirt chaser. He was raised within culture, and had that culture swept out from under his feet. It was a beautiful story, IMO. Needs more.. Story. Gimme a Connor Trilogy.

I can't speak for shay, as I never had a chance to play rogue, but I don't think any of these characters need a sequel. They're story was told and it was told well. (Except for Arno.) I just want to see AC make an exciting antagonist. Haytham and Charles Lee were their last truly great ones imo. Edward was an antihero so he didn't really need an antagonist, he was faced against moral dilemmas. Unity and Syndicate lacked in that aspect though.

6 AntwortenPeople forget that Edward was not an assassin throughout the entirety of AC4. It was not till the end did he decide to join. That was Ubisoft's way of seeing if the community would enjoy a pirate themed game. Anyways Edward was killed in his home later on, his story has ended already.

Many of these characters were left off with a great beat. I would love another story with Edward, but his after story was already covered. RIP, and then Haytham became a Templar (as they took him after they killed his father). But I did enjoy Black Flag's story, especially after 3.

Bearbeitet von Psychic Donuts: 7/14/2016 2:39:13 AMThe new Assassin's Creed is actually a whole lot better than I thought. I got it on the Xbox Sale for half off and it is easily 9/10 for me. The two characters are so unique, the story is good, the levels and especially assassination missions are awesome, jumping across carriages while fighting enemies is awesome, the ability to change if you are in sneak or stand mode just seems to give the game an extra layer, the crafting and skills trees are good, and the world is super detailed. It is up there with AC2. I think a good idea for an AC game would be that the Animus, or whatever the thing is called, is broken so different time zones from all around the world are being seamlessly mashed together. That would be the explanation and the game and be a world wide Assassin's Creed game to take down the Templars and different parts of the world would be in different times. In Syndicate, there was this {slight spoilers}[spoiler]huge lady from the future/past who apparently was part of creating humanity and is the ultimate Templar or something.[/spoiler]The world wide Assassin's Creed could set up to a future one (maybe) where you take down her. Just spit-balling but I like this idea to an extent.
