We know of the City, the Cosmodrome, and the European Dead Zone, but what about the rest of the world?
Are there still any notable communities outside the City? And what about the seas? We see human ships in disrepair, but we never see Fallen ships on the water. Do the Fallen rules the seas, or are they just ignored?

Bearbeitet von Tiger: 7/9/2016 10:52:50 PMThe rest of the world is messed up by the fallen, hive etc and god knows what else. Fenchurch Everis sent a postcard to Tess which detailed a small community of humans that communicate entirely through hand gestures so as to avoid detection by the 'Fallen'. He pointed them towards the last city but it is unknown if they even attempted the journey.

We simply don't no. That's why the areas are called dead zones. No Intel no guardians in the area. Which is not suppriseing we have the ability to strike anyware but we simply don't have the numbers to hold. We just sweep high Intrest areas and attack areas where needed

30 AntwortenBearbeitet von Clone148: 7/4/2016 2:11:44 AMKnown/ Mentioned Locations:
Old Russia Old Chicago The City Berlin Outpost Ruins of Caracas Brasilia Eastern Flood Zone European Dead Zone Gulf Flood Zone/ Gulf of Mexico North America Empire New York Crater Manhattan Nuclear Zone Mumbai Push London (Extra Crispy) Felwinter Peak Plaguelands South Africa Old Accra Ruins of Colombia The Great Pyramid
I believe that there are still a few communities out in the wilds, but they're all pretty hidden. And the Fallen are pirates, so I'd be pretty disappointed if they ignored the high seas.

-
Multiple times, I've heard the Cryptarch mention getting Engrams from a "North American military base."
-
The ruins of Caracas, Venezuela are mentioned by the cryptarch.

I'm guessing it's all messed up and has been for quite some time. But on the Memento map, the marquee on the bus is still working. That shit should've run out a long time ago

1 AntwortenWhat's weird is that if you go to the Moon and look at Earth when the Sun is shining on the side facing the Moon, North America is always completely covered in clouds. Same with Asia.

3 AntwortenI heard one of the tower bots mention the New York crater...doesn't sound good.

I heard the post master talking about old Chicago. I so badly want to see that in game. I remember seeing concept art of it.

5 AntwortenWe know Earth is largely empty and destroyed. It's possible there's other communities out there but it's unlikely they managed to successfully straddle the line between large enough to defend themselves and small enough to stay undetected. We know the City was founded by bringing a ton of small towns together, and while it's possible the Titan and Hunter orders who found and brought in these communities missed some, I don't find it likely those we missed survived. The Fallen have a pretty tight grip on most of Earth, primarily the famously cruel and ruthless House of Devils.

2 AntwortenAlso, I do believe there is lore around certain Crucible maps. The map named Memento if you look in the sky and listen, there are multiple Eliksni ketches in the sky exchanging fire with a ground based enemy, from what you can see at least. So perhaps there are still pockets of humans or guardians in Europe fighting the Eliksni?

2 AntwortenSea levels may have risen perhaps? Considering the population trippepled during the Golden age, carbon emissions rose after no one used cars for transportation and caused the polar and antarctic to melt causing rising sea levels and deterating the Ozone layer.
