So 68% of secondary Kills in the last ToO were by snipers!
No hardscopping I swear lol
Edit: Can't wait to see the stats for the current Iron Banner

That's due to the nature of Eliminations. The objective is to deal high lethality from a distance allowing for easy revives if you die. Shotguns or Fusions don't allow that. Don't hate Snipers, that's just how Elimination is supposed to be played (and don't think that nerfs will change that)

6 AntwortenIt's a map that begs for sniping. If the map was anomaly it would be the same for shotgun.

Exactly fusions are trash and the shot guns are usless because the snipers can hit you from a far range

Been sayng this since HoW, trials arent for pvprs, trials are there for snipers. And i'll never touch it again...

1 AntwortenThey made sure to buff res sniping. What is the point of the entire revive mechanic if one guy on the other side of the map can one shot you while you're still in 3rd person? They don't fully think. Like KD is the ONLY way to determine a classes power. I guess they forgot about self revive. Never seen a singer run anything else in Trials. Sometimes they die on purpose. When you have a team of 3 singers, you can afford to use it to harass.

6 AntwortenRead that last night Also....Its 68% of total kills, not just secondarys. It doubled and tripled all the others weapons used in kills. That stat is staggering. Maybe it was just the Blackshield map or maybe there is a problem. May as well call it. "Trials of Sniping".

That stat just makes sense in an elimination game mode. You want to stay as safe as possible and kill from a distance. Shotguns for rumble, snipers for Trials. That's just smart play.

I don't use a shotgun or fusion rifle so sniper it is for me. I get no satisfaction out of shotgunning but if I can get some sick head shots in that's where the real joy comes in
