>armor degradation - each death takes away 15 or 20% armor. 0% armor gives minimal light bonuses. This would promote staying alive. Less detriments in raids and strikes. Can be repaired at the tower for armor materials
>public events can be farmed as opposed to once per day rewards. Gives materials (planetary and armor/weapon)
>strike bosses can be looted for corresponding planetary materials as a bonus.
>questlines are more rewarding and are tied to the lore. Each questline should reward a specific piece of armor or a weapon. That way if you do so and so questline, you know youre getting a certain piece of gear. The better the weapon, the harder and more time consuming the quest is. (Quest for gally could take 9-10 hours)
>raid can be farmed as opposed to once per week rewards. Drop chance drastically decreased. (Chance to get any drop would be 1/10 or higher)
>raids should be significantly longer. They shouldnt be completed in one sitting except by the more dedicated players
>boss fights should be more interactive. Less stun locking bosses and more mechanic/dps combos
>tank, healer, dps roles for all pve
