I could argue that Headseaker is useless on a laser beam pulse rifle.

Headseaker procs when the first shot hits the body and the 2 remaining bullets do more damage? No thanx Now if it forked like crowd control that would be different but in the same pulse..... Wasted perk on a laser beam. JMO....
