Never got my stillpiercer..got the handcannon though..
Is there a way to get now that I am way past rank 3 with the gunsmith?
Not sure why I never got it..

Unfortunately it isn't possible to recover lost or deleted gunsmith legendaries such as Stillpiercer. I've had instances of this happen to me as well. Sorry.

Hey Angry Guardian, As mentioned previously, you must have received this weapon due to getting the Ace of Spades. Whether this item was lost or accidentally dismantled, there is no way to get it back. Bungie will not replace it. https://www.bungie.net/Mobi/en/About/Article?id=12211

The rank 2 quest must be completed before you can even receive the rank 3 exotic quest. There's no way to get the legendary class specific items back once they're deleted.
