What can beat this AI ?
The ai can warp reality and can kill or remake the truth.
All he has to do is Say "all of you live at this moment. This is the truth, this truth has been killed."
Then they all die after he says that.
It was made by an alien race that is basically more advanced than the forerunners.
The race that created, could move faster than the speed of light. The also could time travel and prevent others from time traveling into their past.

Like another person could be spontaneously created then killed, so nobody dies. Or it could kill them and bring them back to life. You said they prevented others from time traveling into their past. You could convince one of them to kill their entire race.
