well if this is a problem then you can delay the enemy by blindfiring and well placing grenades to make decent clutches but this is only for pvp i can say anything bout pve but umm dont stop running in relic always do bursts for the glide and lift jumps and for the triple jumps land at the edge or middle of the platforms and jump once more
