No, it's just an average to slightly good gun, not anywhere near the best, not OP, not cheat mode, just nicely balanced and cool looking. Please refrain from discussing this gun on these forums.

I was playing a game earlier and I couldnt win a firefight with a warlock using it...Mida didn't work...doctrine didn't work. Sniper didn't even work. He basically went on a killstreak the entire game and used the Tlaloc as a sniper... Edit: Maybe not 2 shotted...but that thing kills faster than the Mida does. It's ridiculous
