All I see is how negative Destiny is; I'll be honest, it is disheartening to see. Why so much negativity?
Why do you still play Destiny? Mine must be because of Trials & meeting new people when I use LFG, that's my reason. Do you like Sweaties or carrying people through raids? Let me know ;)

1 AntwortenFriends. It's a way to get together and talk shit while watching alien bodies go flying. Also the gunplay is top notch.

1 AntwortenIm addicted and it's the only game that my friends and I have in common. I have no respect for the creators anymore because of their actions or lack of since year 1 and their treatment of the community. I don't feel bad for the hate Bungie gets cause it's their own bad karma coming back at them.

I play for the simple fact that I enjoy the game and think it is extremely fun to play!

Because everyone else likes to troll desticals.

8 AntwortenThere are apparently a bunch of people on here that don't play destiny anymore. They're just addicted to bungie.net for some inconceivable reason.

1 AntwortenI play every day but ever since TTK came out I've noticed I spend more and more time in Orbit than actually playing. I just don't feel rewarded for playing

1 AntwortenBearbeitet von Pengu: 3/20/2016 7:06:02 PMI play for the never ending aspect I play for the cooperative multi-player (strikes, raids, non sweaty trials) I play for the fun game play

I play for the pvp non sweaty matches now. Always loved halo but no Xboxone. So as long as the tryhards aren't infesting the playlist it's a lot of fun to try different weapons. Now if only a bunch of them would actually drop so I could use them. Damn you elysaluna

7 AntwortenBearbeitet von Hektik: 3/19/2016 9:58:33 PMI use to play destiny because I enjoyed the gun feel and the movement physics. Unfortunately year 2 has provided mediocre guns which has severely hinders the "good gun feel". There's nothing that feels as fun to use as any weapon from y1. There's not a single weapon that inspires the grind to "earn". In point of fact, the only primary really worth getting is the vendor hung jury. That weapon outclasses all of the raid weapons. That's the closest to a "must have". Infusion has completely removed any urge to "keep up with the Jones's". Listening to new clan members talk about being 319 for 3+ months has made raiding seem more out of chore than entertainment. That's why I only have 3-4 kings fall completions yet I have numerous y1 raid/Poe completions. Overall the negativity towards destiny is that a game that didn't meet potential but offered hope of so much potential has lost its grip on its potential. I would say I no longer really play destiny.

2 AntwortenIt can be a lot of fun. I play almost exclusively PvE. Some choices about the game are a little baffling but overall I like it. If the game starts to feel heavy I play something else. Currently playing a second run through of Inquisition on the side.

If you take the time to read the lore... (This is both a pro and a con)

Bearbeitet von Doom_Fish_25: 3/19/2016 11:33:15 PMTo try out and make new Builds. Currently, else just explore around and shoot stuff. Strikes and prison.

1 AntwortenTrials and Oryx challenge modes. Lately I haven't even been getting hyped for either though. :/

I don't play the game anymore. In year 1 I played because my guardian felt powerful. I had a PvE loadout that couldn't be beat, and my supers were well, super. As of the changes to weapons and shit that has systematically destroyed my loadouts for year 2, I stopped. KF was to time consuming and annoying for my team as we don't often have everyone online long enough for a full run, and trying to PuG KF just provides me with controller snapping levels of frustration. The gear drops for the raid are also worse than they ever were in year 1. I refuse to do something that can drop the gear I already have but at a lower level. That plus the weekly lockout per character is a level of grinding I am not willing to partake in. I never really played much PvP, so I decided to quit playing after Bungie consistently made changes to every weapon for that type, based off of the usage data from PvP alone. Year 2 added some good things but for me personally at this point the bad changes outweigh the good ones. If the new DLC does not perform to perfection I will be permanently hanging up my titan mark and calling it quits. I don't want to do that, but bungie has failed to deliver on pretty much every aspect of the game in year 2 for me.

4 AntwortenI play because it has the most polished gameplay mechanics of any game I've ever played and it's also getting me through a breakup. :P
