The entire process is completely ridiculous and just means most people are being hired as someone they are not. The personality test segment that so many companies use now is utterly pointless. I make myself out to be a social and engaging person and I can assure you I am the complete opposite of that. Not to mention that no one really wants these low paying jobs. A vast majority of people that work "off the street" retail or food service positions that require no experience are only there because they need money now or have no idea what to do with themselves. Or both. We're all lying to each other and no one wants to admit it.
