Yesterday ,once again I was ripped off by the crypto at the reef. Had two 200 glimmer rewards and only got credit for one. This has happen three times now so as of today I will never use the reef crypto again.

1 AntwortenThere is a UI glitch where the cryptarchs will show multiples of the glimmer trade-in items, even though your character only has one (or not as many as being displayed at least). You can try putting some of those trade-in items in the vault so you only have a single one to make sure they aren't swapping for more than one at a time. 6 AntwortenBearbeitet von Seraphim Crypto: 2/4/2016 2:09:44 PMThis is a UI bug. Master Ives, the Reef Cryptarch, does duplicate all items you can turn in for Glimmer, but that's only visual. You can notice this in two ways: 1. The same item (for example House Banner) is shown two times. This shouldn't happen because these items stack (when you're at the Tower Cryptarch, you only have one stack to turn in with like 10 of the items) 2. Before turning them in at the Reef Cryptarch, check how many of the items you have in the inventory. You will notice that in the Reef Cryptarch screen, you are shown that you can turn double the number you have in your inventory. Bungie is aware and investigating, as stated here: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/13544

I've had this happen often from both cryptarchs. I used to put my cursor on the one farthest to the left and let the others populate into the same slot in an effort to spam the items, and it seems it would often just ditch the ones I had remaining. I started consuming them from the farthest to the right, and I haven't had the problem since. Could be a coincidence, but that's how I do it now. Try it out. Hope this helps. The Dude Abides

3 AntwortenAre you maybe near capacity of glimmer , as even if you are only 2 glimmer away from cap , it will allow you to cash in your "items" but it will award the remaining missing amount instead of the total value of that item as that would take you to the cap ?

It's not only at the reef, honestly I don't take attention to it. But I also noticed that when I have 2 or 3 items for Glimmer, after redeeming the first one it goes directly to the engram screen. No idea if he takes all or not ...
