If you time traveled into the past to change an event, in the present you wouldn't have time traveled because the event would have already been changed, thus you would have had no reason to go into the past to change the event.
I think I worded that right
12 AntwortenBearbeitet von Joyaboi: 2/4/2016 1:46:15 AMMaxwell's Demon The Second Law of Thermodynamics states that in an enclosed system, the amount of useful energy decreases as entropy (disorder) increases. This is statistically irreversible. This is why ice cubes make the liquid cooler but melt. The ice cube floating in your drink is a low entropy scenario, and the cold drink but warmer ice is high entropy, as the molecules are mixed and there is little useful energy. An ice cube does not reform in water. High entropy never goes back to low entropy in an enclosed system without extra energy being input from the outside. Now imagine a box filled with gas separated by a wall into two halves. All of the walls are extremely insulated. There is trapdoor in that middle wall that only opens when a gas molecule gets close to it. For each molecule of gas that passes from one side to another, another passes in the opposite direction to avoid a pressure difference. Given enough time through our favorite law of thermodynamics, both sides would reach the same temperature. To get one side all cold and one all hot is impossible. Now we reach our favorite demon. Imagine the previous situation, but instead of an automatically opening trap door, it is controlled by Maxwell's Demon. This demon can see well enough and react fast enough to only allow the hot, fast moving gas molecules to the left side and the cold, slow moving molecules to the right side. The demon is as much of the system as the automatic trap door was in the previous one. Eventually all of the cold molecules are on the right and all of the hot molecules are on the right. You went from low entropy to high entropy, while still in an enclosed system. You just broke the Second Law of Thermodynamics!
But did you?
Does nonsense make sense? Well, anything can be sense right? But what about nonsense? Nonsense makes no sense. But it makes sense because its nonsense. But how is that possible that it makes sense if its no sense.

4 AntwortenThere are three ants walking in a straight line on straight ground (not a sphere). The first ant says, "There is no ant in front of me, but there is an ant behind me." The second ant says, "There is an ant in front of me and an ant behind me." The third and says, "There is an ant in front of me AND an ant behind me." How can this be? (Not a paradox, but it is a riddle.)
the third ant is lying! (͡• ͜ʖ ͡•)
