As everyone right now is putting a qualification of normal mode raid to be 295+ due to needing the DPS against Oryx. I strongly feel the next qualification for Hard Mode raid will be....... Touch of Malice. If you have ever raided with someone (or more than one) with Touch of Malice, check out their damage stats compared to those without it. It's a HUGE difference. The only reason for Touch of Malice is purely the RAID weapon. It's quite average outside of the raid and the Bubble allowing the ToM perk to not hurt you. I can see where, in hard mode, if you don't have Touch of Malice, there could be a chance you aren't going to be accepted (as far as LFG goes. If you have your friends and fire team, that's a different story, but ToM is still going to be a key to the DPS in hard mode) Thoughts?
