Shotguns getting nerfed again? Wow
Are you serious? Shotguns were the only good close range option, & you're gonna take shot package away from EVERY shotty. That's pretty bs. Maybe if people would stop complaining.

One thing that bugs me they are replacing it with silly perks like kneepads Everyone says oh get range finder but what about if it took 100 matches of crucible to get that y2 party crasher or y1 materdor I'm not farming another 100 matches in hopes of getting one with range finder why not replace shot package with rangefinder I'd be happy with that

Tell me, how does shot package affect close range encounters? If your answer is "not at all", you are correct. What it will nerf is the ability of shotguns with it as a perk to get one hit kills from medium range.

6 AntwortenYes, shotguns are meant to be a close range option, but they are getting nerfed again because that wasn't the only situation you could get killed in. I was still getting killed by shotguns from extreme distances (extreme for a shotgun), so I'd say this is justified and widely accepted. You're probably just a tad butthurt because you probably got a year-2 party crasher with shot package and now your shotty won't be as good.

1 Antwortenimpact is not being touched just range. as much as i can complain about how getting shot from a distance by fellwinters pisses me off, i just turn around and try to get the "payback" trophy.

They need to stop putting shot package on high impact high range shotties. I shouldn't be getting killed from mid-range with shotguns.

2 AntwortenI think you forgot about Sidearms for close-quarters encounters. Anyway, just because they removed 1 perk doesn't mean they're ruined. Rangefinder still works, and even without them, shotguns still reach fairly long distances.

Well let's nurf snipers range and mid range for fusions just to be fair shotguns are close range just because you make 80% of the maps CQC shotguns where always the best make some longer range maps and then shotguns will fall off but until then everyone just get rangefinder it's the next best thing
