Eh, I use two males and one female. It's odd, but it creates a strange balance in my own self-contained mental logic. In short, it just feels right.

There are several reasons. Some for the emotes, some for the sense of completion, some because they like kick ass girls and a vert small number for more disturbing reasons. I personally have 1 female character. Of my 3 chars I think it has the best wave and dance. I originally wanted a female character for the completion factor. Also seeing as my only hunter is my female character, which is my best pvp class, my most kick ass character is a female.
