Inventory was open too... Edit: lots of folks are having this issue as well as others, like folks killing skolas AGAIN and STILL not getting their cipher. We would appreciate a bungie response. Edit two: here are the patch notes from yesterday that are confirmed to be not working:  [quote] Fixed a bug in which the Ship (Hildian Seeker) did not drop under certain circumstances Fixed a bug in which the ‘Elder Cipher’ Bounty could not be acquired if your Bounty inventory was full[/quote] Edit three: yes my bags were open for the ship, yes I opened the big chest with a treasure key, no I did not have space in my bounties Edit four: to clarify, the bug is that variks offers me an exotic special weapon as though I have the cipher but when I attempt to select the gun I want nothing happens.
