Random is not fair!
What did I pay? I should have a treasure key by now. The fact that I don't have a treasure key is just another reminder that random is not fair. Saw a bunch of people get them Friday now here we are 3 days later and I don't have one. I spent more time and effort than the players that received keys on Friday and still haven't received a treasure key. How is that fair? Is it because we have an equal chance?Having an equal chance is not fair because you will never have an equal result.
How can it be fair when one gamer can spend less time and effort ,doing the same thing as other gamers, and ends up receiving more. This kind of crap causes envy and frustration. Envy and frustration are ruining the gameplay experience for many of us.
It's not just the treasure keys that are unfair. The raids aren't fair either. (I'm not complaining about the raids though, because I have plenty to show for it.) I have heard many others complain about how everyone else has more stuff, when they have spent more time than the others.
Can't you institute some sort of guarantee in the programming? You open so many chests and you get a treasure key. It's that simple. You don't even have to tell us, we'll keep thinking it's random. We will think we got lucky. Then the envy and frustration will be lessened and we will be able to enjoy the game more.

You aren't entitled to anything in this game, you do however have the same opportunity as everyone else does. I would assume you're younger and part of the "participation medal" generation. How many chests have you opened? A clan member of mine says you get a key around 45 chests looted.

If this were a game that were offline, or only PvP multiplayer, you would have a clear earning path or could access the RNG method repeatedly without arbitrary lockouts. "The world/life is not fair" is one of the dumbest retorts to this subject line. You paid for content so expecting to experience that content is well within reason. "Put in the work" is another shining example of stupid. First of all this is an entertainment medium, to call anything about this work is really just scratching the surface about how horribly out of touch with reality that argument poser really is. Secondly, there is no path to earning the majority of exotics, you have a path to the slot machine lever but that's it. Having yanked on that lever for 8 months 7x a week I still have not received a gjallarhorn, and I can tell you that reward is no longer enticing, it's become a demotivator now. I find it shocking how many people defend keeping paid for content at arms length from the consumer.

Lol I got 2 keys from one chest saturday and about 15 minutes ago I got a key and a special legendary engram from same chest

I have only got 1 key, a ton of blue engrams, no legendary engrams, and more special ammo synthesis than I know what to do with out of around 20-30 openings. By the way, according to You Tubers you get keys at the completion of PoE matches anyway.

The guarantee you ask for is that a player will receive 4 items from every chest. There's already guaranteed items, you just don't like them You can get a guaranteed key from doing prison of Elders when it's out. There's another for ya. For such an "unfair" game as you call it, there are plenty of guaranteed opportunities to get rewards
