Yeah, sometimes he just stand on it but sometimes he does his roll but if you even hit him with the initial blast you should be good

I still think his sheild needs a nerf

Make sure all guns are reloaded. Unload your found verdict on him. Should drop shield or get close. Switch to thunderlord, finish. His shield shouldn't regen in weapon swap time.
