I've always been an outspoken hater of DeeJ, saying his weekly updates suck, he couldn't handle the backlash, he dances around the point, doesn't listen/interact with the community, blah blah blah.
After watching the stream today, however, I've completely changed my opinion on him. He came off to me as humble, someone who really cares about the Destiny world, eager to show off what they'd been working on, and able to handle difficult situations.
Gothalion, IMO, was being a complete asshole during the stream. Sure, he asked good questions, but chanting, "No Raid!" at the beginning was uncalled for and rude, plus he always interrupted and tried to steal the conversation. Like come on man, you're the -blam!-ing guest they invited, show some manners. And the -blam!-ing dead ghosts thing pissed me off too.
I liked how Deej was able to answer those questions without having to divulge too much as to spoil it. Bungie as a whole has really impressed me lately.
So, DeeJ, I'm sorry I hated on you and doubted you. See you out in the wilderness, fellow Guardian.
